廣州市食品商會(huì)

廣州市食品商會(huì)成立于2013年4月，是經(jīng)廣州市民政局注冊(cè)登記的社團(tuán)組織。是由廣州市從事經(jīng)營(yíng)或生產(chǎn)食品的企業(yè)自愿組成的地方性、行業(yè)性、非營(yíng)利性社會(huì)組織。

   本會(huì)的宗旨：

   必須遵守國(guó)家憲法、法律、法規(guī)；遵守國(guó)家政策；遵守社會(huì)道德風(fēng)尚，營(yíng)造行業(yè)繁榮，創(chuàng)造良好的經(jīng)營(yíng)環(huán)境。

   本會(huì)的業(yè)務(wù)范圍：

   (1)貫徹執(zhí)行黨和國(guó)家有關(guān)本行業(yè)的方針、政策、法規(guī)，開展有關(guān)教育、培訓(xùn)、咨詢活動(dòng)，引導(dǎo)會(huì)員依法自律經(jīng)營(yíng)；

   (2)協(xié)調(diào)同行業(yè)關(guān)系，發(fā)揮整體優(yōu)勢(shì)，促進(jìn)供銷之間的聯(lián)系，增強(qiáng)會(huì)員的合作；

   (3)組織行業(yè)之間的交流，業(yè)務(wù)研討等活動(dòng)，協(xié)助內(nèi)引外聯(lián)，拓展會(huì)員的經(jīng)營(yíng)業(yè)務(wù)；組織會(huì)員進(jìn)行調(diào)研、訪問、參觀、考察等各種活動(dòng)；

   (4)協(xié)助會(huì)員企業(yè)舉辦和參加各種展銷會(huì)、交流會(huì)；為會(huì)員提供信息交流、法律咨詢等方面的服務(wù)；

   (5)代表并維護(hù)會(huì)員的合法權(quán)益，協(xié)調(diào)各方面的關(guān)系，向政府和有關(guān)部門反映會(huì)員的意見與建議；

   (6)辦理政府有關(guān)部門和會(huì)員委托的其他業(yè)務(wù)；

   (7)組織會(huì)員開展多形式的聯(lián)誼活動(dòng)，溝通會(huì)員內(nèi)外的交流合作渠道，促進(jìn)友好交往。

Chamber of Commerce

The business scope of Guangzhou Food Chamber of Commerce including the followings:

1) To carry out the policy and regulations issued by the Communist Party of China and to develop the activities on education,training and consultation,leading the chamber members to run the business with self discipline.

2) To coordinate the relationship between the counterparts,to take the overall advantage of the members,to promote the connection between supply and marketing,to strengthen the corporation between the members.

3) To promote the exchanges on industry and to organize the members seminar,to assist the social activities between different industries and the expand the member’s business scope;to organize the member to have investigation,survey,visit,inspection etc activities.

4) To assist the member enterprise to hold the trade fair or to participate all kinds of exhibition;to provide member all the information exchange,legal consultation etc service.

5) On behalf of the members to protect their legal interests and to coordinate each other’s relationship,to propose to government or the department concerned of the comments and suggestions.

6) To arrange the other business entrusted by the government department concerned or the members.

7) To organize the activities to promote the friendships between the members,providing a communication bridge to member’s cooperation and promoting a friendly communication.
